winning since the day you got your mortgage and the day you stopped paying on
it.

simple way to explain it is this, the banks bet when they give you the loan
that you will default, like a side bet at a gambling table.
When you do, it’s a
win for them.
Then the servicers the people who service the loan they collect
money each month it stays in a foreclosure status so they keep it there for
about 22 months.
They make money.
Who loses the investor, and you.
You
should know there are also other ways while this goes on that they make money
outside of our knowledge.
Of course they also make money by interest
rates.
When they sell the home in a
foreclosure sale they again make money.
So if you think about it. If you don’t
modify your loan and you lose the home, they’ve made money off your loss at least
3 separate times and in a big way.
What
happens to you when you try and fight to keep your home?
You go before a Judge and normally what does
the Judge say to you?
“ You’ve been living in this house for FREE”
yep that’s what they say. That’s enough to
make our blood boil.
So
in closing we’d like to say try hard if you feel you’ve been wronged to find
Lawyers that will fight for your rights,
READ case laws, READ as much as you
can about what’s really going on,
STAND up to your local JUDGES, APPEAL your
case if you feel the JUDGE did you wrong, chances are they did.
by the way when the Judge says you've been living there for FREE, shouldn't the Judge say to the Lawyer whose representing the Bank also say "Why is the Bank Collecting 3'xs there money on this house? And getting to sell it Twice off the same Mortgage note owed? " Wouldn't that be fair ?
